For a limited time only, we are offering reduced fees for all of our clients! The costs below reflect our new start-up offer, available to all clients! Prices are subject to increase and updated costs can always be found here!
 

Capped Fee*: £2500

We believe in affordable advocacy and a clear price cap. No matter how long an appeal may last, or how many hours of work are required, we promise that you will not pay more than our new start-up offer capped fee of £2500* on any one case. This is a top end cap, and any work done will be billed at the standard hourly rate up until you hit the cap, when you will not be charged for any more work. In the vast majority of cases, you will pay less!

* not including appearance fees or the identification service fee. You will be responsible for these additional fees on top of the cap if it is met. 
 

Hourly Rate: £50 per hour** 

As part of our new start-up offer, we are offering all of our services at the reduced rate of £50 per hour. This is not inclusive of appearance fees, which are additional costs you will be responsible for. Invoices will be sent weekly, on Friday, for work completed on your case each week. Invoices must be paid within 7-days of issue. 

** all services are subject to a minimum rate of one hour, and any subsequent time will be invoiced rounded to the nearest 15 minute window, or 0.25 hours. For example, if we spend 1 hour 11 minutes on your case, your invoice will be billed at 1.25 hours.

Mediation Appearance Fee: £100

If you decide that you would like us to represent you at your mediation, then this will be subject to a flat appearance fee of £100. This fee is purely for the appearance at mediation, and is not inclusive of any work done in preparation. Such work will be billed at the standard hourly rate and invoiced accordingly. 

Final Hearing Appearance Fee: £250

If your appeal makes it to final hearing, this will be subject to a flat appearance fee of £250. This fee is purely for the appearance at final hearing, and is not inclusive of any work done in preparation. Such work will be billed at the standard hourly rate and invoiced accordingly. 

As part of our new start-up offer, we will not be charging an appearance fee for any hearings that take place prior to the final hearing. Appearances at any of these hearings will only be billed at the standard hourly rate for the duration of the hearing. Any work done in preparation will be billed at the standard hourly rate and invoiced accordingly.

Identification Service Fee: £75***

Should your appeal require the commissioning of additional reports, evidence or professional involvement, we can offer an optional identification service where we identify and perform due dilligence on several professionals within each required area. You will then be provided a list of names, specialisations and contact information for appropriate professionals. This service will be billed at a flat rate of £75. 

*** you will be responsible for contacting each professional to commission their services yourselves, and you will be responsible for their fees or costs for any services of theirs you use.
